He has a corporate background of over 30 years with two Fortune 500 companies, Xerox Corporation and Eastman Kodak Company. As the Division Coordinator and Corporate Trainer with Eastman Kodak Company, he coached and trained over 8,000 employees from 69 countries and earned the "Trainer of the Year Award." He trained managers, supervisors, group leaders, human resource professionals, engineers and manufacturing employees just to name a few! He was selected to lead Eastman Kodak Company’s United Way Campaign when the United Way was experiencing leadership difficulties and he still encouraged and influenced 1,100 employees in his division to voluntarily contribute over one million dollars to help the needy and underprivileged in the Rochester, New York community.

When Dr. Gadson delivered a motivational message to the Professional Women’s Engineering Group at Delphi Automotive, a manager came in and heard the last 10 minutes of his speech and was so impressed that she hired him on the spot! He met with her and did a needs assessment of her organization, custom-designed the materials and delivered a Two Dynamic Days at Delphi training for managers, supervisors, human resource professionals, union representatives, and manufacturing employees! As a result, he motivated them to increase their productivity and improve the company profitability! Dr. Gadson graduated at the top of his class at Dale Carnegie and they brought him back for sixteen additional weeks to mentor and coach professionals from a variety of industries in effective communication and leadership skills.
Dr. Gadson achieved his DTM, Distinguished Toastmaster designation, the highest level of achievement in Toastmasters International, an organization with 300,000 members worldwide, where he delivered his signature speech to 500 people from around the world at their International Convention in St. Louis and earned a standing ovation. His speech remained on Toastmasters’ Best Selling List for two and a half years! He is an accomplished orator and has coached and trained other professionals how to become effective communicators! He is also a Certified Coach with the Dr. John Maxwell organization.
Dr. Gadson has earned his Doctorate degree in Theology. He was featured on the cover of Beaufort Lifestyle Magazine in an exclusive article that went to 10,000 businesses and organizations in South Carolina and also to the Savannah International Airport. He was inducted into the Beaufort High School (his alma mater) Alumni Hall of Fame for distinguishing himself in "Profession, Leadership and Service." He published his first book, "How To Fly Like An Eagle With Wings Like A Wimp!" It teaches you how to “Take A Chance! Take Charge! And Take Control of Your Life!” He designed and hosted “Partners For Purposeful Living” radio/internet program in Rochester, NY and Beaufort, SC. He is a member of the National Speakers Association, a former Ambassador with the Beaufort Chamber of Commerce, a graduate of their Leadership Program and a two-time nominee for the Chamber Civitas Award. Dr. Gadson recently launched his Coaching program entitled, Mastering Your Message: “How To Give A Powerful Presentation!”
